Thomas recorded 44 tackles this season and led Oklahoma with with 16 pass break ups. A native of Klein, Texas, Thomas has 122 total tackles in his Sooner career, to go along with 25 pass break ups and 6 interceptions. Earlier this month he was named as a 2016 Big 12 All-Conference selection for the second season in a row.

A consensus 3-star recruit coming out of high school, Thomas chose the University of Oklahoma over the likes of Northwestern, Oklahoma State, and Utah. He’ll look to anchor an OU secondary that will need to make vast improvements in 2017.
