On Tuesday afternoon the Oklahoma City Thunder held their 10th media day. It was an exciting day as it was the first time that Russell Westbrook, Carmelo Anthony, and Paul George were all seen together in a Thunder uniform.
Lots of insight came from the guys on the roster, but there were some funny moments as well. Let’s take a look at some of the laughs from yesterday.
Jerami Grant nearly took out Russell Westbrook while he was being interviewed:

“Hoodie Melo” surfaced on the internet after Carmelo Anthony was video’d dominating some of the best stars in the NBA during a pickup game while wearing a hoodie. Anthony decided to show up to media day wearing the same hoodie:

One of the reporters in the media was clearly nervous to ask Westbrook a question. After stumbling on his words he apologized and let someone else ask a question:

Russell Westbrook was asked how it was to be involved in fashion for the last month. If you know the Brodie, you know fashion is his lifestyle and not just the past month. Here is his reaction:

One reporter decided to ask Carmelo where he fit in on the current roster. The reporter made the mistake of asking Melo if he would come off the bench. His reaction was pretty comical:
Carmelo Anthony is not about to come off the bench. 😂

Now that we’ve seen a few of the funny moments, let’s look at some serious comments on how the stars feel about the upcoming season.
Russell Westbrook was asked about his contract extension that he didn’t sign this summer. He said he wanted to spend time with his son and his family. Then he left us with this:
Russell Westbrook answers question on contract extension evading question, then "This is the place I want to be."

Many rumors were spreading around the NBA that Carmelo Anthony didn’t want to play in Oklahoma City. The bottom line is he chose to come to OKC. Here’s what he had to say:
Melo on perception that he didn't want to play in OKC: "That's cause people think they know me."

People are questioning how all three All-Stars will play together. Paul George didn’t seem to worried about it. It seems like whoever has the hot hand will get the ball:
Paul George: "This is not something new with three guys being paired up…We've talked about this. It's whoever has the flow."
— Fred Katz (@FredKatz) September 25, 2017
It also appears that Paul George has enjoyed his time so far in Oklahoma City. He said that he sold Oklahoma City to Carmelo by telling him about all the fish he has caught:
PG on recruiting Melo: We sold it. We sold the heck out of it. I told him about the ponds I've been on, the fish I've been catching out here

Carmelo Anthony was asked why he wanted to come to Oklahoma City. He said that Russell Westbrook was a big reason why:

Last but not least, Carmelo was asked what he thought would be a successful season. Here’s his answer:
