As the anticipation builds, the Oklahoma Sooners hope to alleviate a bit of unrest amongst the fanbase by hosting an annual event. Set for July 22nd, Meet the Sooners Day takes place inside Gaylord Memorial Stadium. The popular tradition is scheduled to kickoff at noon as Pre-Registered Sooners Jr. Kids Club members begin checking in at Gate 7.
An hour later, all fans can get up close and personal with the newly released Jordan Brand uniforms and gear. In the grand lobby of the Switzer Center, the most prized piece of the revamped design remains the Air Jordan I-XXX shoes in the official crimson and cream. However, fans will want to show up early as the first 200 in attendance receive an OU x Jordan t-shirt.
Lastly, an autograph session opens to the public at 1:30PM with a special session thirty minutes prior for members of the Sooners Jr. Kids Club. All activities end at 3PM on Sunday.
