The Oklahoma State Cowboys stock continues to skyrocket after securing the best win of the weekend when compared to the rest of the conference. Facing a ranked opponent, the Pokes utilized a variety of options to put points on the board while scoring on special teams as well. Distancing themselves quickly in the second half, OSU now assumes the role of dark horse in the Big 12 Conference after being picked fifth in the preseason.
Clearly turning heads across the nation, O-State became the biggest winner in the AP Poll. Moving up nine spots, Mike Gundy’s program now ranks No. 15 in the country. However, the weekend also provided a boost to the overall perception of the Big 12.
