Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray doesn’t have to take a back seat to anyone when it comes to offensive football. The Sooners are rolling with Murray at the helm and it’s at a pace that exceeds even the great Baker Mayfield offense of last season.
Personally responsible for an average of 367.8 yards of offense per game, Murray is sure to be a finalist when the Heisman Trophy is presented next month. In what seems to be a two-man race between Murray and Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Oklahoma’s QB1 has the edge in several key offensive stats.

To help bring awareness to Murray’s greatness, especially in comparison to Tagovailoa, the University of Oklahoma has launched the Kyler Knows social media campaign as well as the Kyler Knows website.
Everything you’d ever want to know about the Oklahoma quarterback’s 2018 season is there to see, including the fact that he not only leads the nation in pass efficiency rating, yards per pass attempt, and yards per completion, but that he’s on the verge of breaking the FBS record in all three categories.
Heisman campaigns are a lot of fun and bring to light a ton about the specific candidates. Setting the bias aside for a moment, what Oklahoma is doing for Murray, with more to come, is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
