Oklahoma got the job done at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday and were rewarded on Monday with a slight bump in the polls. The 3-2 Sooners are up one spot in the AP, to #19, and two spots in the Coaches, to #20.

Oklahoma Corner Michiah Quick Out Six Weeks With Knee Injury

In his post game press conference, following Oklahoma’s 45-40 victory over Texas, Bob Stoops announced the the Sooners would be without junior corner Michiah Quick for six weeks. “Michiah will be out six weeks with an MCL sprain, so it won’t require surgery, but it will require time,” Stoops said. Ahmad (Thomas) took a knee to the helmet, so he’ll have to be evaluated through the week.”
