I’m really not a fan of these double-digit spreads. I have a tendency to take the underdog just because even the worst teams in the league tend to put together single-digit losses far more often than double-digit ones. That’s not the the case, with the Hornets, however, as their average margin is a league-worst -11.7. Only a third of Charlotte’s losses have been by double digits, and a whopping 14 of their 36 defeats have been by at least 16 points. Even with Jalen Williams (sprained right ankle) and Isaiah Joe (sternum contusion) out, I’m feeling like OKC is going to perform well in front of the home crowd.
