Class of 2020 prospect Joel Williams already had 19 scholarship offers but that didn’t stop Oklahoma from jumping in on the 4-star prospect from Baton Rouge (Madison Prep Academy).

Ranked as the 20th overall prospect in the 2020 class (per 247Sports), Williams plays at a high level on both sides of the ball. His speed and athleticism allows the ability to be a shutdown corner on the defensive side of the ball, and an explosive receiver on on offense.
The interest in Joel Williams has been exceptional and he still has two years of high school ball left. Universities across the college football landscape have come calling for Williams. Among the notable schools making offers are Tennessee, Arizona State, Georgia, LSU, Texas, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma State.
June was a busy month for the prep star. He attended camps at A&M and Alabama, as well as received offers from Kentucky, Texas, A&M, Arizona State, and LSU. It doesn’t seem like the month of July is going to be any slower.
