The Oklahoma City Thunder dropped a 9-point decision to the Dallas Mavericks last night, and tonight, the Thunder continues their Texas road trip as they take on the San Antonio Spurs.
The Thunder and the Spurs met just a little over a week ago, a 3-point win for the Thunder in Oklahoma City. San Antonio has had their share of struggles with a limited roster due to health and safety protocols, but they are nearly out of the woods and back to full strength.
Tonight is OKC’s final game headed into the All-Star Break, but that doesn’t mean the Thunder won’t be active over the next week. The trade deadline is just 3 weeks away, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Thunder GM Sam Presti makes a move or two during the downtime. In the mean time, maybe OKC can pick up a win and head into the break with some momentum.
