After a one-week hiatus the Oklahoma Sooners have returned to both the AP and the Coaches Polls. Checking in at #20 this week, OU joins Baylor (#13) and West Virginia (#22) as Big 12 schools ranked in the AP. The Coaches Poll has the Sooners at #22, with Baylor checking in at #11 and West Virginia at #20.
TCU (ranked #21 last week) and Texas (ranked #22 last week) both dropped from the polls following weekend losses to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State respectively. The Cowboys are just on the outside the AP Poll with 41 votes.
