Oklahoma City Thunder | Game #21 Preview: Golden State Warriors

The Thunder and the Warriors have met three times already this season, and neither team has yet to get a win at home. OKC is just 6-4 at home so far, boasting a superior 7-3 record on the road, but that is likely due to difficult home schedule thus far.

Thunder Against the Spread | OKC Given Slight Edge Hosting Warriors

The Thunder had a pretty awful shooting night by their stands on Wednesday night in Houston against the Rockets, so expect them to get back on track tonight. The Warriors have had a rough go of things lately, and since losing in back-to-back games to OKC in San Francisco, Golden State has won 4 of 7, alternating wins and losses. That means they’re due for a loss after narrowly defeating the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday, and I think the home crowd makes all the difference tonight.

Oklahoma City Thunder | Game #20 Preview: Houston Rockets

The Rockets are currently riding an 8-game home win streak, and the Thunder wants to ruin that as they enter having won 5 of their last 6 road games with the 1 loss being a 3-point decision in Minnesota to the Timberwolves. OKC is a slight favorite, and they actually match up quite well with the Rockets, so this should be a fun one that likely comes down to the wire.

Thunder Against the Spread | OKC Viewed as Slight Edge Over Rockets in Houston

The Rockets have had an interesting season thus far, losing their first three games before winning 6 straight. They are 8-1 at home, but they have yet to win a game on the road. Houston doesn’t seem quite ready to make the jump that the Thunder has made, and as a result, I’m thinking OKC hands the Rockets their first home loss since October 29th.

Oklahoma City Thunder | Game #19 Preview: Dallas Mavericks

Tonight the Thunder travels to Dallas to take on the Mavericks, another solid team in the Western Conference. Luka Doncic did not play last night due to the birth of his daughter, and it stands to believe that he will miss tonight’s game as well. Either way, the Thunder match up well with the Mavericks.

Thunder Against the Spread | Likely No Luka Means OKC Favored in Dallas Against the Mavs

Luka Doncic is out for personal reasons (the birth of his daughter), so Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is definitely the best player on the floor. With no Luka, the Mavericks lose a lot of what they do and changes how they play quite a bit, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Still, the Thunder are the better and deeper team here, so they should be able to get a solid win in Dallas.
