Paige Parker is no stranger when it comes to individual Big 12 Conference awards. Over the course of her career, the left-handed pitcher has amassed numerous Big 12 Pitcher of the Week honors during freshman (7 times) and sophomore (5) campaigns. However, the Oklahoma Sooner anchor collected another such title this past week bringing the grand total to 13. The number lifts Parker into third in league history tying Blaire Luna while remaining behind Kelvin Ricketts and Cat Osterman.

Starting the week on Wednesday against Tulsa, Parker remained in the circle for a 10-inning duel. Giving up two hits, the junior recorded a shutout win over the Golden Hurricane. The shutout performance brings Parker up to 25 over her collegiate career.

Following the outing with another dominant showing against Omaha on Friday, Parker delivered yet another convincing victory. Needing just five innings to close out the game, the lefty tallied up six strikeouts while refusing to walk a single batter. Rounding out the week, Parker completed a 63rd complete game in combination with a 73rd career win.

Holding opponents to a .194 batting average, the pitcher remains a force to be reckoned with despite the 7-4 record on the season.
