The latest AP Poll has been released with the Alabama Crimson Tide holding on to the top spot. However, behind them there was a bit of a shake up inside the top five. Closing in on the top spot, the Clemson Tigers have produced the best season today by securing two wins over ranked opponents. With a convincing road win, the Tigers leapfrog the Oklahoma Sooners for the No. 2 spot in the country.

Jumping all over Pitt on the road, the Oklahoma State Cowboys continue to impress on both sides of the ball. In the eyes of the voters, enough happened to slide the Cowboys up to No. 6 in the country. Once could argue that OSU deserves to be inside the top five at this point in time. Why?
The Texas Longhorns have been a disappointment since before Mack Brown stepped away from the program. Yet, this program was able to push the USC Trojans into overtime in a sloppy game that some labeled a classic. At this point, we haven’t even announced that it was in the Colesium! Regardless, the Big 12 loses one representative while three remain inside the top twenty-five.
