On Tuesday afternoon, the Oklahoma State Cowboys earned the commitment of a 3-star linebacker out of Skyline High School in Dallas. Previously pledging allegiance to the Colorado Buffs, Kamryn Farrar has officially flipped.

Constantly communicating with the recruit since May of this year, it’s apparent the effort paid off. Instinctual and versatile, Farrar projects as a linebacker/nickelback on the next level at Oklahoma State. However, the Pokes were not the only program hoping to make a late push for the talented high school senior.
Reportedly, TCU hoped to drop in their own backyard and sway Farrar away from the PAC-12. Coming up empty handed, the Horned Frogs head back to the drawing board. On the other end the equation, the Cowboys 2019 Recruiting Class now grows to 17 total. Yet, the outside linebacker is just one of two on the list currently.
