The AP All-America Team is out and just like every other postseason awards list it was kind to the Sooners. Starting quarterback, and Heisman Trophy winner, Kyler Murray was named to the First Team along with receiver Marquise Brown.
Guard Dru Samia was named to the Second Team and tackle Cody Ford was named Third Team.
Murray led the Sooners back into the College Football Playoff by passing for 4,053 yards, running for 892, and accounting for 51 total touchdowns. Brown was his top receiver, going for 1,318 yards and 10 scores on 75 catches.
Murray and Brown were also named All-America by ESPN.
