The Oklahoma City Thunder dropped their third consecutive game on Thursday as they failed to knock off the Spurs in San Antonio in double overtime. The Spurs shot lights out from three, and despite the Thunder’s best efforts, there was nothing they could to do overcome the sharpshooting home team.

Tonight, the Thunder plays host to the Spurs in a quick turnaround rematch, and OKC hopes to return the favor from Thursday. Tonight’s focus has to be defense, as the Thunder has struggled this week to stop teams, which is typically their bread and butter. Specifically, OKC needs to keep the Spurs from getting wide open shots from deep.

If the Thunder can play with the same level of intensity that they did on Thursday, all while maintaining their typical awareness on the defensive end, then they should be able to end the night with a victory.
