Standing as the lone exception, the Georgia Bulldogs claim the No. 3 ranking despite a Sugar Bowl loss. Rounding out the remainder of the top five are the Clemson Tigers, the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Oklahoma Sooners, and the Ohio State Buckeyes in order.
