The first edition of the AP Poll has officially arrived. However, it should comes as no surprise that three of the participants from the College Football Playoff appear in the top four. Standing as the lone exception, the Georgia Bulldogs claim the No. 3 ranking despite a Sugar Bowl loss. Rounding out the remainder of the top five are the Clemson Tigers, the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Oklahoma Sooners, and the Ohio State Buckeyes in order.
