Oklahoma Football is facing a bye week so that they can fine-tune a few things before heading into conference play on September 28th. We now know that game will kickoff at a time that has become a point of frustration for fans.
The Sooners plowed through the non-conference portion of their schedule with a 56-20 average margin of victory. The Red Raiders fell at Arizona 28-14 on Saturday night after blowing past Montana State (45-10) and UTEP (38-3) in the first two games.
Nationally the Sooners rank 2nd in scoring, 4th in rushing (324.3 YPG), 9th in passing (352.3 YPG) and 46th in scoring defense (19.7 PPG).
