The return of Austin Kendall to Norman may be in a bit of jeopardy after the former Oklahoma quarterback was injured against Iowa State last weekend. During Monday’s coaches teleconference West Virginia head coach Neal Brown said that his starting quarterback is “questionable” for the Oklahoma game.
Kendall was injured in the first quarter of last Saturday’s 38-14 loss to Iowa State.
“We’ll go out this afternoon, and he’ll throw a little bit and kind of see where he’s at. He’s going to be questionable for the game Saturday. It’ll really depend on how much work he’s able to get in this week.”WVU Head Coach Neal Brown on Austin Kendall
For the season Kendall has completed 66% of his passes for 1,247 yards, 9 touchdowns and 7 interceptions.
