With the regular season quickly coming to a close, the Big 12 Conference announced the times for the final pairing held on November 29th and 30th. In partnership with FOX, the league awarded the prime time slot and final game of the conference slate to the Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys. Set to kickoff at 7:00 PM CT, Stillwater plays host to Bedlam under the lights.
Currently, the Cowboys remain possibly the hottest team in the conference. Owning the longest win streak of the ten programs in the Big 12 at three, the program remains in the hunt for a spot in the league championship game. However, O-State needs a bit of help at the moment. With everything on the line, the team must take the ‘one game at a time’ approach to the final two weeks of play.
On the other end of the spectrum, the Sooners are expected to be in the conference championship game. Looking to make a case for the College Football Playoff, the Bedlam matchup provides yet another opportunity to earn a win over a ranked foe. Knowing the fourth slot is up for grabs at the moment, is the strength of schedule enough to push a Big 12 program into the CFP once again?
When the two collide, sparks will fly!
