One game at a time. That’s the approach Lincoln Riley and the Oklahoma Sooners have to take over the next two weekends. First up is a Bedlam game that will be played at #and then what will no doubt be a highly anticipated rematch with the #9 Baylor Bears at the Big 12 championship in Arlington, Texas. Should the Sooners make it through those two games unscathed then they will have a chance to make the Final Four of CFP rankings.
Obviously Oklahoma needs some help but closing the season with two Top 25 wins, with one of them coming against a Top 10 opponent, you gotta think things are going to be positive.
LSU and Georgia seem to be destined for a date in the S.E.C. championship game but Texas A&M could do us a real solid in Death Valley this weekend. Auburn could also score a huge favor to Oklahoma’s cause with a win in the Iron Bowl.
The Pac 12 lost a lot of footing with the Oregon loss at Arizona State. That puts Oklahoma fans in the position of cheering for Colorado (another old conference foe) to pull the upset in Salt Lake City this weekend or the Ducks to win the Pac-12 championship over Utah next weekend.
