Continuing to scour the nation for a set of cornerbacks, it appears as though Alex Grinch found a duo. Yesterday, the defensive coordinator at the University of Oklahoma secured the commitment of 4-star prospect, Kendall Dennis marking the first corner of the 2020 class. Now today, the focus shift to another recruit.
On the Sooners’ campus for a visit before the seasons started, Joshua Eaton remained committed to the Texas Longhorns up until late October. Submitting himself to the recruiting process once again, the 4-star prospect quickly gained the attention of Purdue and Georgia. Holding 33 scholarship offers from all over the country, Eaton eventually committed and signed with Oklahoma during the early signing period.
Adding not only talent but depth at the position, OU is trending in the right direction under Grinch. Welcome aboard Eaton!
