The Oklahoma City Thunder (28-19) picked up a 113-104 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves (15-31) on Saturday to match a season-high win streak of 5 consecutive games. They have also won 9 of their last 10 on the road, something that has only done just one other time in franchise history.

Tonight, the Thunder is back at home as they host the Dallas Mavericks (28-17). The Thunder and the Mavs are separated by just 2 games in the loss column in the Western Conference standings, and tonight’s matchup could have tie-breaker implications come playoffs.

The Mavericks are adjusting to their current roster now that Dwight Powell has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a torn achilles tendon in his right leg, but the newly acquired Willie Cauley-Stein will likely make his debut tonight.

The Thunder is dealing with injuries of their own. Nerlens Noel had facial surgery to repair the zygomatic arch in his left cheek on Saturday, and although Steven Adams is not listed on the most recent injury report, he did not look 100% against Minnesota. OKC won’t miss either player too much if they are both forced to sit as the Mavericks don’t have a true center right now anyway.
