The Oklahoma State Cowboys locked up a 2022 offensive tackle by the name of Kelvin Banks during his sophomore campaign. Rising through the ranks, the lineman tacked earned a 4-star rating and currently sits inside the Top 150 of the class. However, the future star began to second guess the early decision which led to an announcement over the weekend.
Late on Sunday evening, Banks decommitted from OSU, reopening the recruiting process.
I will be decommiting from Oklahoma State University. I just want to make sure that I am making the right decision for me and my family for the future. @Perroni247— Kelvin (@Kelvinbanksjr12) July 13, 2020
Said to possess a college ready frame alongside the height and bulk to be a dominant force on the next level, Banks picked up numerous offers toward the beginning of this year. Ranging from the likes of the LSU Tigers and USC Trojans, programs across the country are now hoping to pounce on the target.
Right now, it appears as though the Texas A&M Aggies are surging. Quickly gaining ground, experts have begun projecting Banks eventual commitment to the program. Can O-State hold off all suitors as the offensive tackle enters a junior year of high school?
