Under the direction of Mike Gundy, the Oklahoma State Cowboys have routinely pumped wide receiver talent into the pros. Clearly holding the attention of some underrated recruits at the position, the program earned a commitment on Tuesday afternoon.
Taking to social media, John Paul Richardson announced the intention of playing college football in Stillwater. A 3-star prospect, the receiver possesses a versatile skill set. Often finding himself carrying the ball out of the backfield, the Houston area product amassed 7.96 yards per carry in 2019. Catching 38 passes for Ridge Point, the newest O-State commit racked up 18.3 yards on each reception.

The son of a former Texas A&M Quarterback, the receiver held 24 various offers in hand. Richardson chose the Cowboys over the likes of the Virginia Tech Hokies and Arkansas Razorbacks.
