Oklahoma chipped away at Kansas on Saturday afternoon until the dam eventually burst open, paving the way to a twentieth run-rule victory this season.
OU’s 10-1 victory over the Jayhawks kept them at a perfect 28-0 on the season and 6-0 in conference play.
The Sooners dominated in all three aspects of the game, flashing brilliance in fielding, hitting, and pitching.

The Sooners plated a single run in each of the first two innings before scoring four in the third and four more in the fourth to put the run-rule in play.
From the circle, “G” Juarez picked up her 10th win of the season after tossing three of the game’s five innings. She kept the Jayhawks off the board and hitless before giving way to Nicole May in the fourth. May allowed one run off four hits but also struck out five Jayhawk batters over the final two innings of the run-rule shortened game.
