Two on offense, two on defense. That’s the makeup of Oklahoma’s team captains, for the 2021 college football season as Pat Fields, Jeremiah Hall, Caleb Kelly, and Spencer Rattler were voted to lead the team.

Fields, a senior from Tulsa, has played in thirty games for Oklahoma. He’s recorded 122 total tackles, an interception, and a fumble.
Hall is a redshirt senior who has seen action in 39 games and has accounted for 8 receiving touchdowns.
Kelly is working his way back from a second knee injury and will be an inspirational leader on the defensive side of the ball. In his last full season of play (2018) he started five games and made a total of eleven appearances. He ranked fourth on the team with 61 tackles, of which 40 came in the last five games.
Rattler is the only underclassman to be named as a captain. The redshirt sophomore saw things really start to click during the second half of last season. In all, he passed for 3,031 yards and 28 touchdowns, to seven interceptions, to become just the second Oklahoma quarterback to be named as an FWAA Freshman All-American (Sam Bradford).
Oklahoma opens the 2021 college football season this Saturday against Tulane.
