So far we’ve produced back-to-back losing weeks so you’d think that we’re still trying to get some things figured out but then you remember that we’re just not very good at this. This week we’ve got a couple of Big 12 schools in our sights as we breakdown some college football action against the spread.

Alabama (-20.5) at Texas | The Longhorns are in over their heads on this one. Alabama is going to roll into Austin and dominate on both sides of the ball. Picking the Tide to cover a larger spread here seems like a safe bet.
Arkansas (-9) vs. South Carolina | Arkansas looked impressive in week one. South Carolina on the other hand had a lot of offensive struggles. I like Razorbacks in this one.
Baylor (+3) at BYU | I am honestly shocked to see that Baylor is the underdog here. I think the Bears are going to win easily on Saturday.
Matt
Texas (+20.5) vs. Alabama | I think this is early enough in the season where Texas may not get the best that Alabama has to offer. The Longhorns have the ability to chew up some clock with Bijan Robinson and the running game and that will be an advantage in terms of staying under the spread. The Tide Rolls in this one but not by more than 20 points.
South Carolina (+8.5) at Arkansas | The Hogs are currently riding a 3-game losing streak to USC and possibly missing two starters in the defensive secondary. Look for this one to be close all the way through.
Vanderbilt (+14) vs. Wake Forest | Sam Hartman is making his season debut for Wake so there could be a little bit of rust to shake off. Meanwhile Vandy seems to have its offense humming through the first two games of the season and will be playing in front of the home crowd…assuming folks show up.
Zack
Baylor (+3) at BYU
Houston (+3.5) at Texas Tech
Notre Dame (+21) vs. Marshall
