Series History
This is the first meeting between the Thunder and the Pacers so far this season. The Thunder went 1-1 against the Pacers last season (1-0 at home, 0-1 on the road).
Why the Thunder Will Cover (-6.5)
Oklahoma City and Indiana have two of the top offenses in the NBA. The difference between the two is that OKC also has one of the top defenses. I fully expect this one to be a light show for the majority of the game, but when it counts, the Thunder’s defense will step up and get some stops, giving them enough of an edge to cover the spread.
Why the Game Will Hit the Over (240.5)
Again, pitting two of the top offenses in the league against each other after a day of rest is sure to spell a high-scoring affair. There is a chance that the point total goes under if the Thunder especially locks in on defense, but I think both teams are destined for plenty of points tonight, even if OKC is missing Jalen Williams due to a sprained right ankle.
