The Sooners already impressive class of 2017, just added another cog in 2017 OLB K’Jakrye Daley 6-4/215 from Riviera Beach, FL. Daley visited the Sooners for the Ohio State game and in spite of the Sooners loss, the weekend had a huge impact on Daley.

Daley announced his commitment to the Sooners with the following tweet.

Daley chose the Sooners overs offers from schools like Arizona, Iowa State, Louisville, Mississippi St., Kentucky, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Daley possesses the frame to play somewhere around 240 pounds and should be a terror off the edge in the Sooners 3-4 defense. His first step alone is something that separates him from most 3-4 linebacker prospects. He joins Addison Gumbs, Levi Draper, and Kenneth Murray at linebacker in the Sooners class of 2017.

I fully expect the Sooners to take one additional linebacker (possibly 2) for the class of 2017.

Daley is a 3-Star recruit and is the 21st commitment for the Oklahoma Sooners class of 2017
