It is a Western Conference take over in this weeks rankings. However, there are a ton of teams in the East to keep your eye on. I still think the Hornets could cause some trouble the deeper we get into the season. The Warriors keep their top spot this week, but the Spurs and the Cavaliers aren’t far behind.
