After yesterday’s bad news (we won’t go into that), the Sooners landed a highly talented in state defensive lineman just a few moments ago. That player is Tyreece Lott 6-3/270 from Ardmore, OK. Lott is an intriguing commitment because he has the ability to play anywhere along the Sooners defensive line.
Lott tweeted out his commitment with the following tweet.

Lott had been a TCU commit, but that all changed after an official visit to Norman last weekend. Lott let us know immediately how much he enjoyed the visit and it was obvious that the Sooners were building momentum. Well that momentum resulted in a commitment this morning.
Tyreece also had offers from TCU, OKState, Kansas, and Kansas State.
Look for the Sooners to a few additional players between now and National Signing Day (next Wednesday). I expect at least one more defensive lineman (possibly 2), another defensive back/athlete, and quite possibly another linebacker.
