Oklahoma City was able to snap its three-game losing streak on Saturday with a close win over the Hornets in Charlotte, and despite a solid second half, there are still plenty of areas that need to see improvement. The Thunder has not played a full game of solid defense in a while, but tonight’s matchup with the Sacramento Kings is one where they could easily do that.

Last time these two teams met, the Thunder’s downfall was their inability to knockdown shots. Despite grabbing a season-high tying 16 steals, Oklahoma City shot a season-low 37.7% from the field. The Kings are one of only two teams in the league that scores under 100 points, and they are dead last.

Sacramento’s defense is not that great either, giving up 106.8 points per game, which is 19th in the NBA. Their league-worst -8.9 point differential should spell an easy win for Oklahoma City tonight, but Thunder fans know better than to assume any game is an automatic win.
