Two days after Oklahoma’s spring game the Sooners are still picking up momentum from their huge weekend. The latest player to jump on with the new wave of recruits is 4-star safety Jarrian Jones from Flowood, Mississippi.

Racking up 70 tackles and 7 interceptions over the last two seasons, Jones has received 25 offers to date. He’s the nation’s 14th ranked safety, and the 12th best player in Mississippi, according to 247 Sports. He joins Richmond, Texas standout Jamal Morris as Oklahoma’s two safety commits over the weekend. Both players are ranked as 4-star recruits.
Oklahoma’s 2019 recruiting class is now up to 9 commitments, with 5 of the commitments coming from the activities surrounding the spring game. The 247Sports ranking have OU with the 2nd ranked class of 2019. Rivals currently has the Sooners at #1.
