The regular season has official come to an end and programs across the country are eyeing the NCAA Tournament Bracket. Hoping for a shot to play at ASA Hall of Fame stadium in Oklahoma City, the road begins now!
Putting together a historic season, the Oklahoma Sooners remained undefeated when playing against conference foes. Claiming 21 victories in league play, Patty Gasso and her ball club have been labeled as the Big 12 Regular Season Champions as well as Big 12 Tournament Champions. Despite holding down the No. 3 ranking in both polls with a mere three loses on the year, Paige Parker and the rest of the crew fall to the No. 4 overall seed.
This year marks the the fifth time since 2005 that a ball club led by Gasso has earned a top four seeding in the NCAA Tournament.
The seeding allows the Sooners to play in the state of Oklahoma from day one until the WCWS Finale. Paired against Boston University on Friday at 7 PM ET, it’ll be a rematch as the Terriers handed OU one of their three loses on the season. Looking for redemption, OU will have the home crowd on their side in Regional play.

Rounding out the other side of the bracket at the Regional stage, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane as well as the Missouri Tigers will journey to Marita Hynes Field in Norman, Oklahoma. Only one can remain when it’s all said and done. Who shall reign victorious?
