Listed at 6-9/315, Swaby is an offensive tackle who remained unsigned and uncommitted through the spring. A Los Angeles product, coming to Oklahoma by way of Navarro College, Swaby had committed to New Mexico before ultimately arriving to Corsicana, Texas for junior college ball.
After visiting Oklahoma last week, Swaby decided to play for the Sooners over ten other offers he had on the table. OU beat out the likes of Ole Miss, Houston, and Baylor, among other to land Swaby.

He joins a strong class of offensive tackles coming to Oklahoma in 2018. Tramonda Moore, also a junior college transfer, is already on campus, and Swaby will be joining Brey Walker (5-star) and Darrell Simpson (4-star) on campus this summer.
Being a JUCO standout and having already experienced college football, at the junior college level, should immediately make him a candidate for Oklahoma’s left tackle position.
