At this current juncture in time, Ricks is rated as the No. 18 overall prospect in the 2020 class. Stacked against all other cornerbacks from across the country, the Mater Dei athlete ranks No. 2! Although it’s early in the recruiting process, Ricks is believed to favor the USC Trojans as a final destination according to 247Sports.
Standing 6’3” and 180-pounds, Ricks would be a tremendous pick up for any school. Possessing natural instincts and the athleticism to compete on the next level, it’s only a matter of time before the youngster releases an official commitment. Until that time, here’s to hoping the Oklahoma coaching staff can employee a bit of Sooner Magic.
