Storylines
A new era at quarterback is set to begin as Kyler Murray takes the reigns of Lincoln Riley’s offense. The Sooners have a host of talent at the skill positions and one of the best offensive lines in the Big 12. The 2018 season should see the continuation of big numbers for the Oklahoma offense.
Defensively, a crop of new faces will appear in various positions led by true freshman Brendan Radley-Hiles and redshirt freshman Justin Broiles.
FAU is also breaking in a new quarterback with former Oklahoma enrollee Chris Robison possibly getting the nod. The Owls struggled against Power Five offenses in 2017 and are looking to show improvement in 2018.
