Among Mounting Frustrations Former Oklahoma Player Takes To Twitter

In Oklahoma’s last two losses they have scored 48 and 45 points. The facts that both losses featured lots of offense from the good guys and came in high profile games (Rose Bowl and Red River Rivalry) leaves fans more than just a little on edge.

Calls for defensive coordinator Mike Stoops’ dismissal are nothing new in Norman but after a fantastic start to the season things have been been a little rough on the defensive side of the ball the last three weeks. Now, following Saturday’s loss, fans are in a tizzy and the “Fire Mike Stoops” bandwagon has never been more full.

With social media being the preferred outlet for frustration from the fanbase, former Sooner defender Zack Sanchez took to Twitter with a message that no one gives more than the players and coaches, and no one wants to win more than the players and coaches either.

Here’s what Sanchez had to say.
