The Oklahoma City Thunder dropped a disappointing loss on the road to the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night, and tonight they will try to bounce back against the Phoenix Suns, one of the league’s worst teams so far this season and a team the Thunder has already beaten once so far.
The Suns are 2-10, and since the Thunder handed them their fifth loss of the season, they have gone 1-5. Phoenix has also yet to pick up a win on the road, so to say they are desperate to pick up a win would be more than fair.
Both teams have plenty to play for in what could easily be dubbed an unimportant, early season, Monday night matchup. With that in mind, don’t sleep on the level of competition tonight. The Thunder should win this one with ease, but as Saturday night proved to be true, every game is up for grabs.
