After being snubbed last week, the Sooners are knocking on the door of the top twenty-five. Lacking the star power of a few other programs in the conference, Oklahoma took to the road to prove worthy of consideration in the rankings. Playing eight of the previous ten games away from Lloyd Noble Center, the team has continuously handled business on both ends of the court.

Producing nine wins over the duration of those ten games, the votes are starting to pour in. Currently holding 115 points in the standings, the Sooners remain just on the outside looking in. Knocking furiously on the door, an opportunity presents itself this weekend as Creighton comes to town. Assuming Oklahoma secures another win, it’ll be tough to keep them out of the rankings for the following week.
