While you were celebrating the United States’ independence Bryson Washington was announcing his collegiate future. If you’re an Oklahoma football fan then you really like the fact that Washington has committed to the Sooners, but you also love the way in which he did it.
Washington, a 6-2/196 product from C.E. King High School in Houston, Texas, is the #15-ranked safety prospect for the class of 2020, and the #33 overal prospect from the state of Texas.
Possessing 24 total scholarship offers, as he prepares for his senior season of high school ball, Washington turned down offers from the likes of Alabama, Clemson, Florida, LSU, and Ohio State to commit to Oklahoma. He becomes the 14th member of the 2020 OU recruiting class and the first at the safety position.
247Sports currently has Oklahoma with the top class in the Big 12, for 2020, and #12 nationally.
