The nation’s 7th ranked offensive guard prospect, for the 2020 class, has committed to play college football at the University of Oklahoma. Fort Washington, Maryland prospect (National Christian Academy) Aaryn Parks made his decision public on Thursday afternoon, picking the Sooners over finalists North Carolina and Alabama.
“Oklahoma would be a good fit for me because over the past years they’ve had several offensive linemen enter the draft each year and they’ve had back to back Heisman winners.”Aaryn Parks at his school announcement ceremony
Parks becomes the 18th commitment in Oklahoma’s 2020 recruiting class, and the fifth commitment on the offensive line. 247Sports currently has the Sooners with the second-ranked class in the Big 12 and the 11th overall ranked class nationally.
He was on campus, making an official visit, for Oklahoma’s season opener against the Houston Cougars.
