Another day, another transfer.
That seems to be the current trend at the University of Oklahoma as the football program looks to add top tier talent and depth in the coming years. A recruiting expert currently employed by 247Sports, Brandon Drumm acknowledged the type of player Draper could have been at Oklahoma. Listed as a top 100 player in high school, the organization ranked 4-star recruit as the No. 2 inside linebacker of the 2017 class. Receiving offers from around the country, the homegrown product signed with the Sooners — over the likes of Alabama and Clemson. Opting to enroll early, Draper seemed primed for a lengthy career at OU.
Appearing in a total of 28 games in the crimson and cream, Draper was most often spotted on special teams. Recording three tackles during his time in Norman, the talented linebacker hopes another program will use his talents more liberally. With two years of eligibility remaining intact, fans wish nothing but the best!
