Oklahoma State Makes Top 11 For #1 Receiver From Nevada

Oklahoma State has a knack for developing wide receivers into coveted NFL talent. That’s why it should surprise anyone that that the top receiver from the state of Nevada is looking at the Cowboys as he narrowed his 26 scholarship offers down to eleven schools.

A 6-0/198 prospect from Las Vegas (Desert Pines High School), Michael Jackson III is the #3 overall player from the state of Nevada and the 60th-ranked receiver prospect in the nation for the 2021 recruiting class.

A constant threat for chunk plays, Jackson has good hands and can used his body to be physical in gaining separation from defenders. He is elusive after gaining possession which makes him extremely dangerous on underneath routes. He is also a disciplined route runner.

The Cowboys are the only Big 12 school in the hunt for Jackson and just one of six schools not located out west.
