Dreyden Norwood is ready to narrow his thirteen scholarship offers down to five possibilities. The 4-star recruit is highly though to be heading to Fayetteville, Arkansas for his college days but the #2 recruit in the Razorback state hasn’t ruled out Oklahoma yet.
Currently a quarterback at the prep level, Norwood projects to play in the defensive secondary at the collegiate level. He certainly has the speed and athleticism to make that transition. At 6-0/175 recruiting site 247Sports has him as the #17 cornerback recruit in the 2021 class. I wouldn’t rule out nickel or safety as a future position for him either at this point.
Oklahoma offered Norwood a scholarship on July 27th of last year. The Sooners currently have four commitments for 2021. Dreyden is the cousin of current Sooner corner Tre Norwood.

Oklahoma has a hand up in my opinion due to family ties as Dre is the cousin of Tre
I honestly believe that he’s going to end up at Arkansas. Still holding out hope though!
