Included are five programs that legitimately possess a shot a landing the 4-star athlete with Penn State listed as an outlier in my opinion. At 6-1, the Sooners are recruiting Hill as a cornerback. Yet, the high school junior has the frame to add a bit of weight and more importantly strength.
With excellent instincts and arm length, Hill could wreak havoc on opposing receivers. Picking off four passes as a junior, there are still a few areas the prospect must improve upon before solidifying himself as a corner. Otherwise 247Sports believes he may be safety bound.
As a teammate of Christian Leary, fans must wonder if the duo will come as a package deal. If that’s the case, one lucky program will lock up playmakers on both sides of the ball.
