Outside of Sooner Nation Charleston Rambo isn’t a widely known name in college football. That is most likely going to change in 2020 as the redshirt junior is the presumed candidate to step up and fill the receiver void left by CeeDee Lamb’s departure to the NFL.
Averaging 17 yards per reception, through his first two seasons, Rambo has 868 career receiving yards with six touchdowns. The Cedar Hill, Texas native has the potential to eclipse all of those numbers this fall as Spencer Rattler’s likely top target.
In Oklahoma’s run-heavy 2019 offense Rambo managed a career best 43 receptions for 743 yards and five scores. From the Big 12, Rambo is joined on the preseason watch list by Iowa State’s Charlie Kolar, Kansas’ Andrew Parchment, Baylor’s Tyquan Thornton, and Oklahoma State’s Tylan Wallace.
