The worst news that always comes out of camp is injury news and the worst kind of injury news is when a player works his way back to the field only to suffer another setback. Oklahoma experienced that recently with Rodney Anderson and now it looks like Caleb Kelly is suffering the same fate.
SoonerScoop reported, and confirmed, that Kelly has suffered another knee injury. He worked his way back on the field last season after suffering a knee injury during spring ball. He was able to play in Oklahoma’s final four games of the 2019 season, registering seven total tackles.
This is a big blow to Oklahoma’s defense as Kelly was expected to take a key leadership role during his senior campaign.
