The Oklahoma State Cowboys are coming off a bye week hoping to showcase a team at full strength. Scheduled to take on the Baylor Bears, the contest has now been rescheduled for December 12th.
On Sunday evening, the Big XII Conference announced the postponement. It comes after Baylor decided to suspend all football operations on a temporary basis. Of course, the reasoning for the action centers around multiple members of the Bears receiving positive COVID-19 test results.
As it currently stands, the Cowboys remain in position to challenge for the Big XII Championship. It’s a game — assuming OSU appears in it — that’s tentatively scheduled for December 12th or 19th depending on how the remainder of the year unfolds.
